Our process is shaped by the way a small operations team has to work — fewer steps, each one deliberate, with clear handoffs and a single intake batch number that follows the goods all the way out the door.

From the moment a lot is received to the moment a carton is loaded outbound, the same numbered intake batch follows the goods. If a question arises later, we can trace the unit back to the inspector, the date, and the original lot.
The schedule below is what most weeks look like at our Ridgeland distribution center. Holidays and seasonal pulls shift this, and we tell partners in advance.
Inbound carrier appointments and intake batch assignment for newly arrived lots.
Visual grading, function sample on electronics and appliances, quarantine of failed units.
Allocation against active retailer plans; outbound pick-list generated and confirmed.
Cartons sealed with manifest and batch reference; carrier hand-off completed before EOD Friday.
We are deliberately small. The person who took your initial inquiry is the same person who can pull the intake batch and explain a discrepancy if one arises after receipt.
